CR1 questions

Hope this is under the correct topoc. My i130 they tell me to expect the descision within 30 days.

As for the remainder of tge CR1 process goes id like to hire a legal rep to handle it all for me. After reading all the little ####### 500$ is cheap to pay someone to handle it.

I got quoted 450$ to handle my case from the point of approved i130 since i did that on my own to a CR1 for my wife n 2 kids.

Iv been getting better info from this forum so id like to pay someone from this site.

But can someone give me an idea how i start with them? As far as to i send them there payment and send them the funds for the visa fees or do i have to make money order out for each fee involved my self.

Also assuming my i130 is approved this month what should i expect to pay in total to have a rep take over process from here for CR1 wife 2 kids?

If your I-130 is approved,the next stage is nvc, your going to submit your civil documents, like birth cert, affidavit of support form, marriage cert, police clearance,2 passport photography,international passport data page, then u pay a fee of I think .435$

This is a do i yourself site. No solicitation or paying here. You already did the hard part and did well. This site has all the information you need. If you have a question st it.

Now while waiting for your approval at USCIS you need to read the NVC process wiki to prepare for that.

Let me ask are you:

1. are you a LPR (Legal Permanent Resident) or a US Citizen?
2. Are your Children US citizens?
3. Did you submit 3 I-130 petitions?
