hello, my husband is a Turkey citizen but while he was here in New Jersey waiting for his case to be processed. He had to leave back to Turkey because of a family matter but when we spoke to the consultant they stated to have immigration send over his case to the National Visa Center in Turkey. When i spoke to an immgration officer he said I needed to change address to the over seas one but it is taking way too long. I was wondering if I can change his address of his application online instead of waiting for USCIS to finally send it.

Also, if anyone can help me with this process since he had to leave for an emergency back to turkey while he was on a F1-student visa changing it after we got married so he can become a USA citizen.

What do we need to do in order to bring him back since we already filed everything but since he is not in American soil they are giving me the run arounds until his case is done pending. Which his 90 days were up already and we are still waiting for an response.
