I'm not an october filer but I have seen a lot of people from october who have been approved (not quite all) and some from November/December from your centre.

If you haven't already, check out the visajourney timelines. You can filter it by your service centre and look at others in your same situation to guage how it's going. Obviously it will only give you those on the forum but it may help you see where things are at. You're at California (CSC) so you have gone to the centre which is historically the quickest.

This is not for me its for my brother i think he mailed his I-130 to Taxas Service Center from Seattle Washington area than about one month after he recieved his NOA1 his case was transfered to local office. On March 13 2016 they changed the date of transfer from November 7 2015 to March 13 2016. USCIS told him his case was sent to Potomac service center for further processing.

Where can i find prossesing times for Potomac Service center.

How much more time USCIS needs to approve his I-130? its been 6 months since NOA1 date

Oh ok. Well a bunch of cases were transferred to Potomac recently. It's a new centre setup to help with backlog...

In that search option on the timelines page you can choose Potomac to search by. There's just no historical data to estimate.

Go to the USCIS website and submit a case inquiry if your case has been pending for 5 months or more. Potomac is working on January cases so your case should have been approved already. Use the following website to submit a case inquiry...your case should be approved a couple weeks after that iA
