So say a USC robs a bank and pays for his children's college (all 4 years in advance). When he's caught do the kids get to still go school or do they have to give the money back? It's not the children's fault :crying:

Answer that you tax and spend liberals.

If I rob a bank, do I have to pay the money back? I think they just send me to jail.

 they seize the money too.

We let in that rectum guy from Iraq. They're pretty shell shocked and need to be screened too.

Who could be more suitable for assimilation into our decadent culture than a man who likes to stick stuff up his a$$? Put a dress on him and he'll be perfect.

and send him to san fran

Do you know why world peace is non-existent? Because we cannot tolerate achieving it due to one simple fact. The negative of people who stand by and watch while other who travel the world, and contribute their talent to help the under developed countries.

Again, illegals need to find ways of finding a method to start their legal process. Nothing is set in stone. One thing which I dislike, and have a strong hatred against is the retarded immigrants from Central America who blasts their music and create earthquakes throughout my neighborhood. They come here and live in public housing, and don't goto work. Their primary income is either SSI, or Welfare. I mean, this only make the stereotype stronger towards them. I know there's a handful of Peurto Ricans who also sees this happening and agrees that those people shouldn't be here.

there is such a thing to starting their legal process. it's called go home first.......

that would mean the individual was smart. and if he/she was smart, the cops wouldn't be there to begin with.

If they're college aged, they're 18...and need to go home. I am not BLAMING them for their parents illegal actions at all...but WHY give up spots and FEDERAL FUNDS in college OVER legal residents of the United States? There are well deserving LEGAL kids that can hardly pay for college...why make it harder?

I feel badly for their parents mistakes...sure...but kids pay for their parents mistakes EVERY DAY.

Finally finished with immigration in 2012!

Back to the original point, it is not needed, there is a route already - F1 Student Visa.

And that has the advantage of OPT and a potential employer who will take you on and hopefully sponsor you for a GC.

Yep. And F1 students have to pay 3 Times (or more PLUS international student fees..) the in-state tuition when they are legally here. While they're proposing that illegals get In-state? :P Such BS.

As I mentioned earlier, the problem lies within our own desire to keep everything in possession. However, I want to stress that fact that for every dollar spent on students, the government gets approximately seven dollars back when the student graduate.

The decision is yours to make. Mine is already made whether or not to support the kids depends on the circumstance.

Sweet. If there are funds available to cut rates, then cut rates for legal state residents or lawful alien students. I just don't see why parents ought to be rewarded for their unlawful actions by providing lower cost education to their children. As long as many Americans cannot afford to purse a post-high school education or are burdened with mountains of debt after having pursued it, granting the lower in-state tuition to students illegally in the US should not even be debated.

I say: Give relief to Americans and lawful residents first!

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."
