Will my CEAC status change from administrating processing to visa approved or visa processing if they accept my documents after 221g?

Hello all!
My case has been on administrating processing since 4 months, me and my husband applied for a IRI visa and got a 221g the reason being insufficient funds. During this time there were alot of emails back and forth and a lot more of documentations. NOW i think we MAY have gotten everything right (fingers crossed) and they might actually approve all our joint sponsorship documents.

My Question is this: We check our case status on the CEAC website regularly, if everything goes right and they approve my visa will the status on CEAC change from Administrative processing ? will it change to visa approved or anything? i need to know this because its been delaying for sooo long all our travel arrangements have been on hold and to make the necessary arrangements which may take a while; it will be nice if i can get a heads up that my visa has finally been approved and i can sell the house and stuff.

You are dealing with the embassy in Pakistan and they can accept your documents but still hold you case in AP while they do background checks. Have there been updates to your case sense you sent your new paperwork?

You want to check the ceac website everyday and keep track of updates. Check your email and his for communications from the embassy. I hope you will get your visa very soon.

Yes, every time I sent new documents that they asked: the dates changed on the CEAC website, when they received it.

Islamabad's embassy is quite famous for its lengthy Administrative processing wait times:(, but they have almost always replied and updated my case regularly on the site, so lets hope! :)
