I 130 status confused please help

hi i filled for my brothers and sister i 130 but i did not check the status and now it gives me

We notified you that the Post Office returned your document for Receipt Number **********, as undeliverable to us. We gave you 180 days or until June 27, 2016 to submit an online request for a document that you did not receive or to contact us at 1-800-375-5283. The 180 days have passed, and you did not contact us. We have destroyed your document. If you still need the document, you will you have to file a Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, with fee. To avoid future mail delays, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address if you have recently moved.

this msg im confused do i still have time or i have to file again because dat it is showing is 27 june 2016

and on phone status tells i was notified on dec 30th 2015 please help urgently

It seems odd they would have destroyed it, as the December date goes with the June date. Hopefully a computer problem.
