My husband and I decided to switch our DS 3025 Vaccine before the interview, just to make sure we have no hold ups. And per the advice of another VJer, we were referred to:

DR SEUNG HA LIM

7232 Van Nuys Blvd., Suite 203

Van Nuys, CA 91405

(818) 947 5955

My husband said it was kind of dodgy, but they are certified. He brought his old DS 3025 and the new I-693a, after thirty minutes or so, it was switched and they just charged him $20!

Just to confirm all I need to do is take the DS-3025 down and get the Vaccination supplement transferred? then the form they give me back just send that off and that is all you need for the AOS? Wow this is confusing
