Hi...

I know that this might sound silly, but we received (finally!!) our RFE in the mail on monday for the I-130. They wanted an original marriage certificate as proof that we are really married. His mom in America mailed it to CSC in the envelope they provided. She said she sent it as overnight delivery and it probably arrived today. I was wondering...how long does usually take before they send you an email on your upload to tell you that they got it? Thanks in advance :D

Sometimes it will be noted on the online status...sometimes not. In general though (unless one is held up with security checks) once the required info requested on an RFE is received by service center, an approval is just around the corner.

I think the USCIS must hate me :( I sent back my RFE information in January for my K-3 and haven't heard gotten NOA2 yet. Today when I leave work, I am calling them.

Unfortunately thats a problem with the term 'in general' as there is always the variables. I do hope you hear something soon.

yeah its a little bit strange that you haven't got anything yet. As reported in your timeline, you sent eh I-129F in november and it still hasn't been approved!!! :blink: Very weird. Our I-129F was approved in 28 days....I am still waiting for the respnse about the I-130 RFE, I haven't got anything yet. I mean, I at least wanna know if the letter got there and they received the marriage certificate. That's all it matters to me.
