I don't see immigration fraud, I see infidelity.

I agree. Just thought the OP should know if there is truly strong evidence of fraud it can be reported but I wouldn't hold my breath on anything happening. I was actually told by immigration the only way people are truly deported is by committing crimes and getting caught.

Just move on and get divorced. Fakers and liars will eventually at some point put their own nails in the coffins.

Change the locks to your home, remove him from banking, check your credit cards, and make sure he don't have keys to your car, if he does go to auto part

store and buy a CLUB to put on stirring wheel. Best wishes, kick his cheating butt to the curb and move on.

USCIS wont do much if anything if you report him, but it may effect when he applies for 10 year green card.

Also keep evidence for divorce court, so your prepared, and make that part easier on you.
