I was just telling a friend of mine a few days ago, Ghana is extremely harsh and very frequently denies people even when they have more than enough evidence of a strong, stable relationship. They need no reason whatsoever to say "NO" and they do it often, depending on their mood.

With Ghana everything is possible as you can see from the many threads. It depends on the CO as their discretion is far reaching.

There is no yes or no answer and we can't see into the future. Denials are not supposed to be based on age but if a CO doubts that a

couple (or the beneficiary) with an age gap is genuine then yes they can deny under the general blanket of ' for immigration benefits only.'

They will not tell you the age gap is what makes them doubt you though.

Sis, don't stress about the age gap. Love is love. Besides, every CO is different. Let us all pray and hope that, none of our documents goes to a evil CO.

I'm so sorry to here dis it's so sad how des ppls keep ripping us off some of my friends are trying to get a petition started about how dey ripping us off so as soon as we get things going we will need everyone help who has Ben denied by this embrassy to support us and helping us to get answers and to stop des ppls from hurting and separating our families if u can come up with some ideas please let me know so I can share with my friends thnx alots

There is a group of us that have been denied and or put in AP taking our stories to the media. What Ghana is doing is totally wrong. When you can sit and watch other embassy's giving out visas left and right and Ghana is making up their own excuses not to approve anyone. Perfect amount of evidence, answered all the questions, multiple trips to Ghana and still they will deny. Its time we stand up start contacting the Attorney Generals Office file complaints, notify the media. Things in Ghana aren't going to change until we make it change.
