Processing Date for CSC the same as last time!

Since my I-129F is currently in line to be processed by the CSC I have been checking the processing time regularly. ( https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Proc...nter=California )

Last month's update (February 12th, I think) said that they were currently processing cases received on December 31st. I was excited since mine was received on January 9th... I figured that they would be reviewing my case by the end of February. Then the March processing update was released on March 7th and the processing date was exactly the same (Dec 31st) !!!! Do they do this often? Did they get ahead of schedule and decide to put their efforts somewhere else?

Just wanted to vent my anxiety!

My experience from back in August,Sept and October is that they once went 6 weeks or more without changing the processing date. I'm not sure why it's done that way.

7-6-2005 Sent paperwork to CSC

7-13-2005 NOA-1

12-27-2005 Called about out of process

1-3-2006 Response sent

2-3-2006 Called because response never made it, started out of process again

4-5-2006 Called again because nothing has happened got the response "nothing has changed"

4-11-2006 Emailed CSC

4-12-2006 Emailed Congressman

4-13-2006 Got response from CSC stating that the file has been requested for processing (Hopefull yeah!)

6-30-2006 Exchange email with CSC--file is being processed contact again in 30 days

7-30-2006 CSC no longer accepts email

8-21-2006 NOA-2 Fantastic!

9-8-2006 NVC supposedly sends to Embassy

10-4-2006 Embassy doesn't have paperwork yet?

10-11-2006 Interview set for 10-25-2006

Maybe they received lots of petitions in december and thats why they are processing it, but i bet they are in january already

i think they will update that time next week, lets pray to they go to january really fast!!!

The next update should be next week. I think it should go to Jan 10 or somewhere around there.

I really have a lot of feelings for those who are waiting because the waiting sucks a#@...

Not to sound impatient but is a week too long for me to receive my noa1? I checked my online banking and emails but nothing. I noticed most people get their noa1 within several days. This is killing me. I'm worried something went wrong.

I think the reasont that they dont update all the time is because they dont want people calling them saying their process time is over due. i honestly dont even pay any attention to those dates, i go by when other members say they have been approved! i wouldnt worry too much about those dates!! :no:
