Based on the OPs' other thread I got it why there's NO 2015 ITR yet.

Please work out on your affidavit of support, they will ask for the 2015 for your AOS interview as mentioned.

Wait on the 2015 before sending the AOS papers, it will be for a few days anyway rather than risking an RFE.

I have a complicated situation.

I have my husband tax returns for 2012-2014. however, in 2015, he went to full time school and lived with me aboard. He does not have any income, so we are not going to fill tax return for this year. he wrote a letter to explain why he does not have income for 2015 as well.

we have my parents in law to co-sponsor. They just finished their tax return for 2015. But in last a few years, they did not do tax, so we only have w2 for past few years and pension letter.

In this case, what should I do ? and do I still attach my husband's tax return in 2013 and 2014? Thank you a lot.
