Hello,

I was assigned case number yesterday, and I have already paid my AOS today, and filled out DS-261 (choice of agent) yesterday. I got couple of questions:

1) I received 'NVC welcome letter' with ' document cover sheet' which enlists all the documents to be sent (there are three options: enclosed, unavailable or not applicable). Since that specific document sheet doesn't mention anything about joint sponsor, and I will have joint sponsor in my case. Could I just make my own cover sheet and attach 'their barcoded cover sheet' on top?

2) for i-864 (affidavit of support), my joint sponsor is US citizen; does he have to still put down his Alien #?

3) I was wondering that could I write them a letter as well and send it along with package, and mention that I am pregnant with 'proof of pregnancy' document (doctor document) and ask them to expedite a case?

4) A "Welcome NVC Letter" doesn't mention anything about sending applicant's passport photos. I thought that one needs to submit photos as well? If yes then at what point?

5) I believe that AOS fees will be processed within next couple of days, then next steps are to fill out DS-260, pay IV fees then submit all the supporting and financial docs? will I be sending all the documents in one same envelope?

I sent no passport pics.none requested. Send all aos iv in obe packagr.dont for cover sheet.I reslly doubt the will exoidsiate for a pregnancy

Pregnancy is not a valid reason for an expedite.

I myself mentioned my pregnancy in my application just as an extra sweetner ... but from what I've read about expedite cases, pregnancy is not a valid reason for them to expedite unless for humanitarian reasons your life is at risk by having your child in your current country.

So pretty much no, it won't make a difference from what I have seen and been told.
