Hello everyone!

I called NVC to follow up for my mom's petition. The lady I talked to informed me today that it's in CC. I'm wondering how long is the waiting game for the schedule of medical and interview? Anyone?

TIA

It was just my dad's certified death certificate. I forgot to include it and they required that document.

Just wanna ask, did you petition for your mom and dad? And did you get case complete to both of them at the same time or date? Thank you!

jjmarfzie: NVC emailed me today, father's interview in Manila is May 26th. PreciousOne: I petitioned both my parents and I initially sent the wrong police clearance. NVC emailed me a checklist with a cover sheet to send along with the copy of green NBI clearance to them, but only for my father. Since I wanted to save time and mailing fee, I enclosed my mother's (terrible decision) in the same mail. They received my father's in a couple of days, but I had to keep calling for 2 weeks and was told everyday that my mother's NBI clearance is probably in the building already but not yet scanned, I was so frustrated, and on the 3rd week I decided to resend another copy which they received March 29th, so far as of now her case is still not completed. I emailed them last night a request to expedite my mother's case and to schedule both their interview on the same day, they replied that they are still reviewing it. Will post here if the request to expedite is approved.

When I saw na N/A na yun AOS instead of paid I assumed na complete case na yun Sa mama ko. Then I called NVC to confirm it from them. And yes the case was just completed that the same day. Then 2 days later, I received the schedule for her interview

I always call to check the status, hindi ko nga alam na pwede pala check online??

Anyway, expedite request for my mom accepted and forwarded to US embassy in Manila, we'll just have to wait from them if approved or not.
