If you are super worried about it, I would make an Infopass appt. at http://www.uscis.gov

Don't bother calling the 800# they will tell you they'll get someone to respond to you in 30 days and it isn't true.

Yeah, you could wait. Depends on how soon you need answers.

You aren't out of normal processing times for CSC, I don't think. You won't be able to get an official service request done until six months have passed.

Your case has taken longer than some cases do, but it's by no means outside the range of normal processing. I was twitchy to contact them for more information from about three months on, so I totally know how it goes, but you're probably best off to just try to be patient.

Conditions Removed! Ten-year green card received 6/24/2009. No more USCIS for a very long time.

Doesn't mean you can't make an infopass though, just that calling the USCIS hotline will be a waste of effort (as it always is).

Look at my timeline. I filed end of October and was last touched Jan. 20th. I haven’t been worried at all about my application. I just figure it’s in a pile on someone’s desk. I am also in no hurry to get my green card because as of June 24th I will be married for 2 years and will get the 10 year green card.

If you have EAD and AP I wouldn’t worry too much about your AOS right now. Give it another month or so and if no touches then make an infopass. Or if you feel you must know then make an infopass now :)

Good luck to you and if you make the infopass let us know it goes!

I don't think K-1 or K-3 goes quicker. It's just the luck of the draw. I think it's great you guys have an EAD, AP, SS#, and Drivers license. You have everything you need to live and work and in the US. Be happy that you can live your life and just keep thinking positive about your AOS. It will be approved soon!

Just last year when I applied the wait time in Orlando was 2 years!!! Now it is close to 6 months so they are really getting faster over here.

Thanks for you advice...though you filed a k3? and I filed a k1 shouldnt that be quicker? Do you think its a good sign she got her AP as well as her EAD approved....we just also got her ss# last week, and her Driver license....i just wonder....

Its a good sign in so far as it means that most likely no RFE will be issued. Other than that you could still be waiting years or weeks, depending on how things go.
