Complete the I-485 together with a copy of the approval notice for your I-360.

You can apply for Advance Parole (using an I-131) at the same time you apply for AoS; this will allow you to leave and re-enter the US until your application is finally adjudicated. You should have it in your hands within three months of applying for it. You can also apply for work authorisation using an I-765 at the same time (there is no fee for either an I-131 or I-765 when filed together with, or subsequent to, an I-485).

The I-485 process should take ~3 - 6 months to complete.

Can I ask where your I-360 was approved (service centre, local office, etc.)? And was it transferred around a lot before approval?

So I recently did an AOS 485, 864, 765, 131, etc for spouse via K1 who is married.

A friend of mine who came as I-360 - Special Immigrant for Religious Worker recieved their NOA for I-360 saying approved and they need to file AOS and he asked for help.

I assume AOS 485 and such is the same forms/methods as K1 as is for Religious worker, thoughts? Comments?

Do I need 765?

Also, in this scenario the H1-B visa was recently extended until 2018

So now that I'm going to be filing I-485 on the basis of approval of I-365 for religious worker, do I still need to submit an I-765 for Work Authorization?

Do I need Medical Record/Vaccination?

Given that I'm in the USA for 2 years on my H1-B Religious visa and working as a minister, do I need to submit medical exam and records with I-485?
