I am applying for my husbands 2 sons who are currently in Haiti. He is named as the father on their birth certificates. I was about to send in the initial I-130 paperwork when I came across some info on illegitimate children. He was never married to their mother. For the initial paperwork, do I need to send in anything other than their birth certificates with his name on them? She is totally fine with them coming to live here with us and I believe she would write a statement to that effect if needed. Just wondering what's needed for this first step. TIA
