Question: If you hear over the phone about your CC, how long till you get an actual email confirming this? And is it always the case to see 3 N/A before CC?

email letter comes 7 days after Case Complete. Most see 3 N/A's. RP filers don;t. F2A's usually don't. It's our little secret someone discovered. Just like it switches back to PAID when you get assigned your interview.

I wouldn't pay much attention to the N/A switching back. I don't know anyone who waited around for that. You will see when you have Case Complete on my interview thread I let people know what embassy is scheduling (they all don't start at same time) people start calling. that's how the majority of VJ members find out or they get email.

You would get email before you say the change on the status.
