Ep or mail?

I went through electronic processing and finished my DS-260 a few days before I sent in the AOS/IV packet.

I was shocked myself, I saw the 3 N/As and thought something was wrong because it was too soon after sending in my application!

USCIS Process:

Sent I-130 (via Canada Post): Feb 29, 2016

NOA1 hardcopy received: March 16, 2016

NOA2 approval text & email: June 9, 2016

Case number and IIN Assigned: July 5, 2016

Choice of Agent (DS-261) completed: July 6, 2016

IV application (DS-260) completed: July 12, 2016

Sent AOS & IV packets (Electronic Processing): July 14, 2016

CC: July 20, 2016

Medical: September 13, 2016

Interview: September 19, 2016 APPROVED!

POE: October 31, 2016

Alright fellows, after thinking about it for a while, I have decided to start a Scan Date to Case Completer Spreadsheet. Those who would like to share their Scan Dates and/or Case Complete dates can post them in this thread. I will put the dates in the spreadsheet and share a link here in a day or two.

Also, would also appreciate if someone can volunteer to carry to load with me. Thanks and good luck on immigration process.

Please update spreadsheet. Scan date June 16, CC July 20.

Wow I got my CC today after I called about seeing 3 N/As! Only took a few days from my scan date on July 14th!

hi do you guys think it's too early to call nvc to ask how my case is?

scan date: 6/28

Considering it has been taking NVC at least 30 days lately for a CC, it is a little early to check on your case. You will probably get the usual "it'll take at least 6 weeks to review" response. You can check on the CEAC website for the 3rd N/A instead if you like ;)

Very few scan date between june 21st and july 1st. Please people keep posting here if you receive a CC. My scan date is july 1st. I know I still have couple weeks before they review my documents, but just curious!

Any CC this week?

hopefully, you should get CC by the end of friday.

 

Got LPR status through family in Feb 2017
travelled back to Nigeria in Aug 2017, got married
file i130 for wife and daughter in January 2018
Case transferred from CSC to NSC in July 2019
got RFE in Oct 2019.

next: waiting anxiously for the mail...
