called NVC minutes ago, they said it was reviewed on Friday but i need to mail in the form again as they have issues with the signature (it was actually sign in black ink, i wonder what the issue is), plus the 2015 tax transcript. i am guessing they misplaced the files. is it going to be another month wait after mailing them in again?

I dont know why they told you to send form again you do have to sign in black ink..

We got our second scan date today 8/29/2016 , all they needed was the nbi certificate and now they have it let the wait begin... again
