Here's my little background story:

I was born in California. I moved to Ecuador in 2008. I got married to my husband in South America(Ecuador) in March 2009. We have two kids and have lived in Ecuador until November of last year(So I lived in Ecuador 7 1/2 years). Last year in November I decided to go back to the U.S and file a petition for my husband. I filed the petition in January and got my NOA1 in February. I'm currently living in California and working too. My husband is liviing in Mexico :( I have a sponsor since I haven't been here for a long time. I don't have a driver's licence yet but I do have an ID. Do you think they might make a problem out of it? Just because I don't have a driver's licence? Should I get my driver's licence just to be on the safe side?

If you don't drive, there is no reason why you need a driver's license.

Oh ok so there shouldn't be any problem I Hope :)!

You have photo id with your address? That's as good as a driver's license for id purposes.

No need for a DL.

Do you have a passport? You will need something to show you are a US citizen; passport or birthcert is usually used.
