Fiancee visa, AOS evidence help!

Hi,
My fiancee and I have applied for my K1 visa and we have been approved on March 10th 2016. I am waiting on my interview date and starting to compile evidence (again! because she already sent in so much with the K1 application) and I am worried that we do not have enough.

We are both fairly young (23 and 24) and we just graduated from college in 2014 so its not like we've had time to take out loans together, or buy a house, or opened bank accounts together (though we do intend to open a bank account together once we're married so that we can start saving for a home). We have a lot of pictures of us together and call logs and a few screenshots of the (not so embarrassing parts) of our conversations. But when I read some of these forums, some people say they brought in so much stuff and were still denied.

We are also a same sex couple, which I heard that they go harder on same sex or interracial couples just because it may not be 'the norm'.

Please help and let me know what else we can submit to prove that we really do love each other and want to be married

First off congratulations. The steps are easy and the documents that are requested from your Embassy are all you need. There are many reasons couples get denied and I have not heard of one that was because of too much paperwork (loads of paperwork is truly not needed) or same sex engagement. The US Embassy does a pretty good job of approving the same sex applications. Visit your Embassy's website and get the necessary requirements and work to get those documents. Again, you don't need a boat load of documents. The most important thing that the two of you have to prove is that you have a relationship and he or you have visited the other in their country within the last two years. Good picture of the two of you together, with family and at family gatherings is what is needed. Have those and you are half way there.

Since ur still in the K1 part of the process you don't have to worry about that till your fiancé comes to the states and get married plus when you file for AOS you don't need proof of a bone fide relationship as you did that already when you got approved by the K1 , the only time you show proof is once you are married and to show proof of a bone fide marriage which is when you go to ur AOS interview

-you don't need to show proof of a bone fide marriage when sending in the paperwork

So for now focus on the K1 part of the visa in the meantime

Joint bank accounts. loans, etc etc are not needed nor expected for k-1. Those things will come into play for AOS and ROC

Thank you guys for the advice. It seems I might be over-complicating things?

I will try to keep calm and keep everything simple and straightforward, but I can be a worry-wart, so I'll probably be posting on here every step of the way lol!

Honestly I was as well when I did my K1, I over stressed way to much but once I learned and educated myself like what ur doing and once you go to ur actual interview you will laugh on how u stressed all for nothing, if ur love is true you will do great
