Hi everyone,

My fiancee and I are almost ready to mail out our K-1 petition but we are struggling to decide how to organize our evidence. We each have about 8 or so boarding passes that I scanned. When we print these does each boarding pass need to be on a separate sheet of paper? I was thinking of including the boarding passes from the departure and return of a single trip on one page of paper. I was considering doing this too with other evidence we have such as receipts or tickets that are from the same day. Is this allowed? What if I have 2 tickets for the same event? For example, if we saw a baseball game together, can I keep the scanned image of both tickets on a single page?

Thank you!

I organised mine "per trip" for example itinerary, hotel booking confirmation, and a few photos from the trip to show we were there together.
I'd do the same with things like event tickets .... if you have any photos you took together at the event, put them and the tickets together. My application is pending so they haven't said whether mine are good, but from 2 other people I personally saw apps for, plus talk on this forum, it seems to be the way to go :)
I even put itinerary as well as an email to the travel agent when we had a family emergency to fly back for etc.

Thanks for your response! Did you put multiple pieces of evidence on a single page though? Or did you just group those pages together?

For stuff like events we went to together I just grouped them together, But any trips I made them seperate pages/sections, and listed them in a table of contents.

Like some of the VJ members said...

Copies of hotel bookings and confirmation

Copies of Hotel charges and receipts and final bill

Copy of flight booking confirmation

Cope of Travel Itinerary

Copy of boarding passes and tickets, In one sheet or two it really does not matter. Just organize them for in bound and out bound.

Copy of stamped Visa on the Passport

Copies or any receipts you might have, game tickets, food, if you bought engagement ring etc..

Just use paper clip for each and then clip all of them together.

Use post it if you need to make any notes for them to be award of at USCIS.

Good luck!

Hi everyone,

Thank you!

Yes, you can do that. You can mix evidence in one page, just make a note on it. Example: Watched Baseball game, March 1, 2016, ____________ (location); followed by the image of tickets.

In our case, I scanned all evidence and lay-out everything according to date of occurrence in a word file.

I typed a heading on the page, ex.

A. Proof of meeting in person in the last 2 years

1. US Trip, December 15, 2015 to January 15, 2016. Beneficiary: __________

Then lay-out Departure stamp/ arrival stamps, boarding passes, copy of itinerary, my I-94, receipts, photo evidence- if dated much better.

I also include my photos on famous landmarks and street signs. Receipts of my Credit Card purchases that proves I am in the specific location on certain day.

I made a note on each ex. Departure stamp from PH, date; Arrival stamp in US, POE: Seattle, WA, Date: and so on.

2. Petitioner: _______________ travel to the Philippines Date: _________

Again I lay-out passport stamp of arrival, copy of boarding passes, itinerary and few photos with famous landmarks.

B. Photos

I collage our photos together per date and where it was taken; I made around 6 collage and 2 collage per page. I also include photos with family and friends; such as Christmas and New Year celebration; my birthday party, etc.

It is important that you make a note on the photos of the date and place where it was taken.

I hope these will help. Good luck!
