Hi all,

I sent off my AoS application with temporary work and travel authorisation, and I went in for my biometrics on March 15th. What can I expect next? Will I be receiving a letter with an interview appointment?

You should be receiving your EAD/AP combo card in about 3 months from filing the AOS application.

You may or may not get an interview notice. Sometimes they'll just approve you and send you your conditional green card without an interview.

Use the WAC number on your biometrics notice to keep checking the case status https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

10/11/2016: Paid IV fee bill

10/14/2016: Submitted DS-260

Okay that sounds promising.

Does it matter if my case statuses haven't been updated since before my biometrics appointment? Last update on them all was in February and my biometrics was in March.

Nope, not really. Sometimes USCIS is pretty bad with promptly updating the case status.
