If I say that my family is here and I want to visit alone, would they required any proof about my family staying here with me. Like copy of resident permit or passport, if yes, do I required to have them translate in English since they are in Arabic? Please advise

You can and should be prepared with that information, which does not need to be translated; however, be aware that the IO is not required to look at any supporting documentation you bring.

Thanks for your timely reply .. on more question is that my sister will be US citizen this coming August 2016 and wants to file I-130 petition for me. Is this wise to apply B2 visa after she file petition for me or before? Please advise

A sibling petition takes 15 plus years so is more a matter for the future than now.

As you said your intent is to visit for a house warming party, so you should apply for the B2 based on the time frame that you intend to visit.

An I-130 filed on your behalf can make it more difficult to overcome 214B, but it's not absolute. If it was me, I would apply for the B2 first and if approved, proceed with the visit to the USA. More important than whether or not the I-130 is filed is that you are able to demonstrate the temporary intent of your visit and that you have strong ties to Saudi Arabia.

One more question guys .. After issued the B2 visa, can we delay our oplan to visit US for 4 to 6 months? Lets suppose if I say in interview that I'm planning to visit in August but for some reason I dont go and delay my plan ... So it may cause any problem at US port of entry?
