- Do I need the G-325 or G-325A? What's the difference? Will be for, by that time will be, my husband.

- On the bottom section it says: This form is submitted in connection with application for: - I would need to check off OTHER, but what do I specify? What do I write here?

- On form I-130 - Address for fiance - His permanent address is in 1 city, his parents' home. He is now currently residing in another city, Budapest. He filled out a change of address to show his permanent address to be Budapest. (For all the paperwork to get married.) After the wedding and filing paperwork, he will reside in Budapest. But once he *hopefully* comes out here, will change his permanent address back to his parents'. SO, which address do I want to use for all the forms? Budapest or his parents' city?

- I-864 - At the bottom of page 1, in the section where it asks to "list spouse and/or children immigrating with the immigrant named above in this part" - I leave this blank, right? Or do I put his name as he'll be my spouse at that time?

- Where can I get an affidavit confirming citizenship? What exactly is it?

Thanks guys! You all always help so much!!! :)

hi raindrop,

You can find a checklist for the Immigrant Visa applications here, probably in the Guides. The G-325A is the one we used. I put 'for immigrant visa application' on mine.

Consulate doesn't care about registered addresses etc (those are internatl Hugary controls); they want to know where he lives, and where to send him mail. Use the address that best describes that.

Where did you read about a citizenship affidavit? I've not heard of something like that.

Hi meauxna!

Thanks for the reply!

I guess I'll just fill out both the G-325 & G-325A. Once at the embassy, they'll just let me know which is needed.

As far as address, then I'm safer using his parents' address? He'll always get mail there. Mail to the other address will be temporary. But he currently lives at the Budapest address. Confusing!

The affidavit confirming citizenship, I found on the US Embassy in Slovakia webpage. I checked there for the list of things needed as well as the Slovakian Embassy here in CA. They don't read the same. I'm not even sure if that is needed.

" I-864 - At the bottom of page 1, in the section where it asks to "list spouse and/or children immigrating with the immigrant named above in this part" - I leave this blank, right? Or do I put his name as he'll be my spouse at that time? " ---> Was I right about this?

Thank you!!! :)

Spouse is not listed there unless they are immigrating as well. You only list spouse or children that will be immigrating as well so therefore if there is none you would put 'None'

The G-325 is used for other types of visa's.
