I'm currently filling out the AOS package and I am doing my I-130. My husband (got married a month ago) is not on our lease. Should I put my apartment address down in his address section, even if we don't have written proof that he is on the lease? or will this cause a lot of issues?

We are applying for AOS, and we need to fill out the i-94, the only issue is when my husband came over the border (legally) from Canada, they inspected him but never gave him an I-94. I know it's okay that he doesn't have one since he is Canadian, but what do we write so that they are aware? Thanks

No, it was never documented online, either. The last I-94 he has online was when he was flew to see me. When he came this time, he came through car across the border. They never provided any I-94 physically or digitally.

We only got one digitally, but it wasn't available right away. I believe it took a week or two to "get into the system".

Canadian tourists who enter under the equivalent of B-2 status are usually not issued an I-94.
