Hi everybody!

I just want to know how many people get into the interview for the I-751. Is almost everyone who send the application or just a little percentage, or nobody?

I send my package a month ago and I have not received any notification yet, so I will probably been sending a new one this next week. I want to go to visit my family in june, so I am a little nervious because maybe I get an interview and I wont be able to flight to visit them.

Thank you!

Majority of people don't receive an interview during removal of conditions. It's actually a very small percentage of people who get interviewed though. As for your application there's no need to send another one, as that's going to create a mess and it's not necessary. Was your package successfully delivered to USCIS? Did you have a tracking number to make sure? USCIS sometimes delay though to send notifications after receiving petitions. Has your check been cashed yet? These are things to consider. You might also wanna make an info pass appointment to check the status of it. At the appointment you can also request to have a temporary I-551 stamp on your passport to serve as evidence of permanent residency for work and travel purposes, if you haven't received your notification yet to extend your residency from USCIS by the time you're due to travel.

Well, I did not put a track on my envelope (totally my fault), so thats way I am lost. So, I called USCIS to ask about my package and if they had receive it and they say they did not but they ask me to wait a month since the date that I send it, call them again (this is monday) and ask if they got it, and depending of the situation they will tell me to wait or send a new package. I did not send a check because I am asking for a fee waiver (I-912). Basically, I do not have any way to know if my package got there only by direct notification from USCIS. I have notice that they are really fast sending notifications when they get the packages, so I am thinking the package just got lost in a boat (I live in Hawaii) or something.

Thank you for your help :)

Interviews, when they happen, generally take many months. If you filed in March, you're unlikely to have an interview as soon as June. Also, it's not impossible to change an interview date. When my ex-wife's interview was scheduled, I asked to have it changed because my mother was gravely ill (in fact she died four days after the scheduled interview) and they were very nice about it. You would probably get an interview notice at least 4-6 weeks before the interview.

Don't send another one. Last year, I file in April and it took longer that usual for the receipt notice to come, but it did come in the long run. Call them if you don't hear from them in 2 weeks. You haven't even done your finger print yet, so It's too early for you to worry about an interview.
