Call from USCIS

Has anyone ever received a phone call from the USCIS in California? If your k-1 petition is out of processing time you may receive a call. I received a call asking me questions that was already submitted. I think they wanted to no if I had forgotten what I put on the petition.

Beware this could possibly be a scam. There's scammers who will call people who are in the process of a immigration visa and ask for personal information. I hope you didn't give out too much information without making sure it was the USCIS that you were talking to.

They had a lot of Info abt me and my past. The only info I gave them was abt dates of meeting. Everything else they already knew.
