He has not been able to use internet it seemed and here is his message to me that he asked to post on this thread for him.

"Hi No we got blue, please would you start a thread on VJ, I have tried to do that for 2 days on VJ and cant get to report status or update ... finally got to the messages & now the mosquitoes are attacking./ Will report later this week. Tell everyone that if divorced the fiancee better even know the address of the ex and dates they were married not just divorced. UGLY"

I am speechless! Feel not good now. :(

You mean if the USC is divorced? Or does this also apply for the foreign person?

The reason I ask is that we BOTH were previously married!!! And for him it wont be a problem because we stayed in touch with his ex. But for me this is a disaster! We both went our own ways after the divorce in 2000. :help:

You will be fine because you are in Netherlands, we were talking about Hochiminh Consulate only. It is very hard to get spouse/fiancee visa here because the fraud marriage.

Good luck to you both!

Hi T&T,

Please send this message to Andrew if you can. I didn't know until today, I was informed by CK&Tidy for this result. That's so sad. But I think that there were some other reasons, not for that information.

However, please check again. They used to asked me for the same questions. I said that I could not remember exactly, all the information in details were on the paperwork we submitted. The divorce certificate was in their hand, if they wanted to know in details, please re-check on the documentations. I added more, eventhough you could ask David, he would give the same answer as it was long time ago.

However, we did as I said. I submitted all the information about it in a list but I could not remember in my memory. So many information I had to remember at that day: how many trips?? the date of the trip, the proposal date, the first to meet each other, ......

So, for these cases you should prepare a list of all of these information in a paper and submitted to them if they ask you.

Hien
