Hello we moved on May 2006 and submitted AR-11 May 2nd 2006.

Now I have to answer question 9 on part 3 YES

I am adding an extra paper for it.

Question: Can I attach copy of AR-11 we have submitted on last year just to stay in safe side in case they do not have any record of addreess change.

Is there a way I can find address got changed in USCIS recored according to AR-11 we have submited.

Your answer is appreciated.

Answer please.

Just a sheet of paper will do stating at the top I-751 Question Part 3, Question 9, and list prior addresses.

Also in addition to the AR-11 being filed you also need to file I-865 (Sponsor Change of Address)

Call USCIS to confirm address changes. 1-800-375-5283

I would be sending the I-865 even now, you can send this before sending off your I-751.
