Do I need Two I-134?

Hi everyone.

Simple question...my fiance will provide me his I-134 and his parents are our co sponsors. Does it mean I need two I-134 (One from him and one from his parents?).

Sorry if the question is not smart..We are not clear about this..

The I-134 does not allow for combining incomes. The USC petitioner fills out their I-134, and then have the parent that earns enough to cover their household plus the foreign fiance(e) fill out another I-134 as the co-sponsor. Both provide most recent tax return and proof of current annual income.
