Hello I am in the process of filing for VAWA - have not received the i-797 as yet, only sent 2 weeks ago. Just in Feb 2016 i130,765 and 485 was denied. My B1 visa expired on Feb 2016, I am not here overstaying - if I go back to Canada, will they let me back in?

In what capacity would you come back? seems to me you'd have no status, unless you'd be coming as a Canadian visitor. you'd run a very high risk of being turned back at the border.
