Anyone experienced with the DS 160? There is a section that says..

Do I have to fill out one of these for my fiance, and one each for her kids, or does this info for the kids just go under the section for children???

When I put more than one child it says duplicate purpose of trip and I can not select the same FIANCE OR SPOUSE with CHILD OF A K1

I am confused, or do 3 DS 160 one for each person involved, meaning 1 for my fiance, 1 each for each children?
