I have read one case in our August 2015 thread about non existence of I-94 in the system. She needs to apply SSN and her I-94 was not on record.

The problem was they misspelled her birth year to 1947 instead of 1974 - or something like that. So they may have done some mistake in your case, but you still have the stamp in your passport.

You can sort this out. Good luck..

I was following your thread. That is wonderful they fixed the problem... All the best to both of you.

Drove To Boston spoke with some sort of supervisor officer. He got it taken care of in less than 15 minutes.

Go to the entry point, speak to a supervisor, they will be able to look you up, and find your files. sometime people on the phone are limited to what they see, they can look in the system and say sorry we have no records, but if you go physically there, they have more options to locate your I-94.
