... The airline staff ask if I need a visa waiver or if I'm traveling on a visa.

So I know I'm probably just over thinking things but at Heathrow when I check in for a united flight I use the kiosk and I believe it ask about visas and if you are a visitor, obviously I intend on staying so therefore am not visiting so what do I check.

And secondly I saw this on a guide on VJ, what is the white form?

A.. You are entering on a visa. You will need to fill out the "white" form. This should be filled out at the departing airport or on the plane. Don't wait until you arrive in the US to fill it out or it may delay you.

When I check in I have 4 options,

When you are going to the US on a K1 visa, you are basically a 90 day visitor and nothing more. If you don't marry within those 90 days, you are expected to leave.

When you are issued a greencard, your entries will be as a non-citizen resident. A green card holder is called a "permanent resident".

You will find that most things are not written to fit a K1 exactly. You are in a limbo world where you can stay, but trying to get a Social Security number, bank account, driver license, sign a lease, etc can be a challenge because you are kind of a hybrid that doesn't fit the mold exactly and people don't know what to do with you.

Ok so I just click visitor and put the address I will be living at.

The white form in the guide is that the old paper I 94 it's talking about? Is that an old guide

There used to be a paper I-94 (for visa people) or I-94W (visa waiver people) to fill out on the plane and a customs form. Now the I-94 and I-94W is fully paperless and gets created when your passport is scanned. You can find it online after your entry. Print it as one of your AOS documents.

You will still fill out the customs form, but you don't have to list everything in your suitcase when it asks what you are bringing in that you will be leaving in the U.S. Your personal belongings are free entry. If you buy something in duty free, or have a brand new gift for somebody, you are supposed to declare that with a value.
