My fiance filled out his DS-160 last night. Today we entered the info into ustraveldocs.com, printed out the cash payment of US visa page, and he went to pay it at Sogexpress. However, the barcode was unreadable because I guess the printer in the cyber cafe was not good. He's going tomorrow to get it printed somewhere else. But on the paper, under number 4, it says in bold letters: IF YOU PAY THIS FEE AFTER THE DATE HAS EXPIRED, YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO SCHEDULE YOUR VISA APPOINTMENT.

What does this mean??? After what date has expired? There is no expiration date on his DS-160 confirmation page, or on the fee page. Anybody know what this is about? Does it matter if he pays the fee two days after submitting the DS-160?

12/31/15 - NOA1

02/09/16 - NOA2

03/16/16 - NVC case number assigned

08/09/16 - Filed for AOS

08/12/16 - Case received
