best of luck! And have fun on your trip tomorrow (no doubt you will). My fiancee and I are 7 years, 23 days apart ourselves. Some people raise eyebrows initially, but their skepticism eventually fades. Although an adjudicator sees everything on paper, the evidence you say you provided seems more than sufficient.

Went through K-1 (I-129F) AOS (I-485) EAD (I-765) AP (I-131) processes. Thanks to the Visa Journey community for their help and support!

ahh I wasn't clear. The skepticism is from some Americans... I usually hear the "your age divided by 2 plus 7" bit. Cradlerobber (facetiously) is a "good" one.

Haha that's from that TV show always forget the name of it. Think it's How I met your mother?

Americas often have a big age difference so i'm very surprised by that. We have 18 years apart (17 1/2 if it should be correct) but have never faced any questions at all, and I even look younger then my age and him older hahaha.

Depends on the Councillor what is and what is not needed. My fiance has known a few friends who were denied and or requested for more information on the on going relationship also must chat logs are dated timed and with sender and recipient phone numbers. Philippines has a high rate of denial. That's why every last conversation counts. The lawyer law firm I am using to file all my paper work is an ex councilor in Manila . he's strait foward.

Philippines give out K1s like candy...one of those highest approval rates. You literally do very little do get a K1..who told you it was high rate of denial? They don't know what they are talking about at all.

My guess is the lawyer so they would hire him ;)

It likely was. But as typical with lawyers, it was a lie

Philippines is easy to get an approval if you're legit. But when the girl is already married and never got an annulment (they do not have divorce there), yes they do have a tendency to deny them. For some reason that seems to happen way too often in that country.

Nonsense! The Philippines does not have a high rate of denials for K-1 visas. Maybe for a visitor visa but not for a K-1. I was with my wife during her visa interview, and she was approved without any issue whatsoever.

We submitted about 30 pages of chat logs with our I-129F petition, and around 12 photos. We brought maybe 50 or so pages of chat logs, and 2 photo albums filled with pictures. They never asked to see the chat logs. The Filipina CO only asked to see pictures of us together, so we opened both photo albums and flipped through the pages. That was it.

When I was there for her interview, nearly everyone was approved.
