HAS USCIS CALLED ANYONE BEFORE?

Hey folks,i called uscis this morning,and the lady told me,the immigreation officer will call me back 12mins,and she called and said we it will take time,after reciving interview waiver since last year,sometimes i just think this people are wicked

I mean ,how does she knw i got interview?cause my status didnt say that,what she told my wife,was that we will hear from them,does it mean,she contacted the filed office before calling me back?

Your title asks if USCIS has ever called someone. In your post you state you called them and they said that an IO would call you back.....so they called you to answer your question.. It sounds like you didn't like their answer. I don't think anyone can answer your second set of questions. An interview waiver means no interview. You should ask the person you spoke with where they got their information.

Seems like they did call you back, so you answered your own question. Those that get approved without an interview(interview waiver) can take 9-12+ months. There are threads about timelines and interview waivers in the AOS Progress forum.
