Why do people always assume you can't get an American women if you marry a furner

I had no problem getting American women. In fact one issue she had when she got here is many of her new friends, told her I had been a bit of a womanizer. I just had a friend that met one here, we got to be buddies and she talked me into it.

I have not made her fat, I am quite secure in our relationship and I treat quite well. I might add she is a strong independent woman.

A lot of you here making all the stereotyping comments have had your share of relationship issues also.

I have no problem with strong women and have dated many women of various looks and personality.

Cept CABA chicks , I am scared of them

Also, also. I did not marry one of them! He comes from a loooong line of very strong women. I don't think he'd know how to function without one in his life (kidding kidding....mostly).

well i've been reading MGTOW for a few hours now and i think you're man might be able to go his own way and break free, it's something to do with a red pill?

are we assuming that? it seems to me that most of these guys have had quite a few relationships with american women and they're not happy about it. this is why i was asking you about yesterday, why are you taking any of this in offense to foreign women? i don't see where you're getting that foreign women are being stereotyped by us. we're trashing the men, because they clearly deserve it. anybody who would look at a woman and stereotype her a (name that rhymes with boar) until she proves otherwise, well..he's asking for it.

Typically because when one is bashing their own race of women, it's the main reason. We're not talking about the people here, but on the other forum. After reading the threads, I'm certain these princes couldn't get a foreign woman, let alone an American one with the bile they're spitting out. And yes, I can make certain comments because I've seen the other side of this and freely admit the error of my ways.

When folks talk about foreign marriages, men do get the short end of the stick. Some deserve the contempt, others might be genuinely in love.

I must admit I have not met many women I didn't like.

However looks is usually the first attraction. I have met many women at first I did not think that attractive but after getting to know them, I was very attracted to.

Personality can make up for a lot. I am sure it's the same for wimmens.

I'm not sure that anyone here is assuming that you can't get an American if you're married to a foreigner. That is an accusation lobbed at both men and women.

What people *are* taking issue with (here) is this guy's assessment of the situation from where it begins (American women are ugly, too strong and independent and promiscuous) to the meat of it (go abroad, even if you're a 6 you'll bed 10s) to his suggestions and the overall tone of the sexual marketplace shtick AND the fact that even if you buy that all to be true (and let's be honest, thanks to the macho culture we live in, it *is* more true than most of us would like to think), he's done his math wrong, wrong wrong on that front.

Why outsiders think that? Well.... think about it. Think about macho culture which heavily influences our own. If men are prized for wealth and power and women for looks and youth in this "marketplace", some outliers are going to *have* to go to a different "market" to buy. Think about the "drive until you qualify" ####### the real estate agents were pushing during the bubble. I personally *hate* even discussing people like this but honestly, it's the ####### our culture throws at us so here we are. So it would be the lower value individuals that "need" to go outside the US to participate in the marketplace elsewhere (but not "just" anywhere, obviously. Somewhere where the almighty dollar and a green card is enough to trump looks/personality/status). Gross.

Marriage/ AOS Timeline:

23 Dec 2015: Legal marriage

23 Jan 2016: Wedding!

23 Jan 2016: "Blizzard of the Century", wedding canceled/rescheduled (thank goodness we were legally married first or we'd have had a big problem!) :sleepy:

24 Jan 2016: Small "civil ceremony" with friends and family who were snowed in with us. December was a bit of a secret and people had traveled internationally and knew we *had* to get married that weekend, and our December legal marriage was nothing but signing a piece of paper at our priest's kitchen table, without any sort of vows etc so this was actually a very special (if not legally significant) day. 16 Apr 2016: Filed for AOS and EAD/AP (We delayed a bit-- no big rush, enjoying the USCIS break)

29 Apr 2016: NOA1 Hardcopy for all 3

05 Aug 2016: EAD/AP Combo Card arrived! (Day 111)
08 Aug 2016: Congressional constituent request to get guidance on the RFE. Hoping they see they have the form and approve!

Let's clear this up. No one ever said this. We are talking about the men on that site. Even this was the case we'd say women couldn't get American men.

Those men are particularly trashing American women because of their own hiccups. They've generalized every woman in America. Y tu mama tambien. American women are bad to them no exceptions

Something is wrong with a person who hates their race of people or people in their country so they only date women overseas, sometimes from a particular country only. You see on vj. My wife left. How do I go get another one, like those women are things or commodities. These are the attitudes that make them unsuccessful with American women. We are not things. We need to be loved and cherished just like the man does.

A woman needing an economical come up should not be confused with love.

That was my point. Being overseas for over a decade, this was the mantra that most people followed. But it was only for folks who exclusively targeted demographics outside of their own.

If you fall in love with someone from a different race and it's because of that person's personality or attitude, then good on you. But when you are sticking within a certain race for the "bennies" of it all, then you're doing it wrong.

And let's face it, she's right. In some cases, that's why they go over there. So that the benefits they can bring will overshadow any defects perceived here in the states.

well they ain't getting the short end from me, marriage fraud happens to men and women. ive seen plenty of women used for gc.

See this is another sad part of this-- it could be a good thing, sort of the male side of the "woman's empowerment" thing where you can lead a happy and fulfilling life without a man and you go girl and all that stuff. Men can and should have full and successful and happy lives without wives/girlfriends/sex/whatever. But our macho culture won't allow them to do so without looking like a loser. So instead of combating macho culture (which is hurting us all) and having actual gender equality (the horror), they just turn MGTOW into yet another avenue to bash women down a few more pegs. So they can still be superior.

It's maddening.

Also I couldn't help but LOL at the brief discussion of Latin men and machista culture in Latin America. Short version: at least in Costa Rica, yes it exists and yes it is more visible (and a bit more overt) than here in the US, but it's all the same issues, in a different language. I can't speak for the rest of Latin America, though, and I would assume that Costa Rica is a bit of an outlier, at least from what I've seen on those UN gender equality maps. Also, also. I did not marry one of them! He comes from a loooong line of very strong women. I don't think he'd know how to function without one in his life (kidding kidding....mostly).

Only to come here and realize although cheating isn't condoned it's a wide spread pandemic in marriages and relationships. One of the many reasons which led to independence pushes and equal rights for women.

Ow yeah. One lady went back twice. After it didn't work out with him she went to the same country and married the man's friend. Why limit yourself to just one country and not be accepting to everyone abroad and at home?

Oh yeah, the Effects forum is ripe with this. Both sides be catching it.

Think the one that really got me was the lady who spent 4 years trying to get her man from Turkey here. She even paid to move him to Canada while he waited and drove several hours every other weekend just to see him. After about 6 months, he left her for a Canadian woman who could get him a visa there. Talk about cold.

People are people. A lot of cultures have different views that some might find appealing. I loved me all kinds of American women. They are just as many different varieties of American women as Thier are furner.

Take philippino women for example.

Some men run over there and hook up with some young cutie in hot pants that has America and Hollywood in Thier eyes

Also many get very nice simple women that will love them for who they are and forever.

Like I said good and bad in all countries

You just have to be realistic.

If your 65 and marrying a smoking hot 27 year old for love , you are a moron.

Of course some men know they are being used and don't care

Because it's easier when you have folks chasing you down and fawning over you. Why settle for Clark Kent when you can be Superman(I'd settle for being Spiderman, but that's neither here or there)

In the RUB and PI forums, you see those folks be like going back for number 7 and those people give you instructions on where to go and how to pick them up with the least amount of resistance.
