thank you.

good news! I got my green card on April 23!!!!! All information is right this time. it is amazing! our congressman's secretary is so efficient, If I hadn't contacted the congressman, I was supposed to PROBABLY get a respond about what the USCIS would deal with my issue by April 20, now we just got it!

Congrats! That is good news! So that's still six months that you had to wait from the time you filed the I-90 to the time you had gotten your revised GC, right?

I have the same situation. My priority date was printed as permanent since date so it shows I have been GC holder even before my employer filed i140 for me. I filed i-90 and sent the card back right away just like my attorney advised me to. Not only did USCIS take more than year to deny the i-90, they denied right after filing fee increased. They keep insisting the permanent since date on the card was correct because its my priority date...my argument was the priority date could not be the date they granted my GC.

Every time I speak to 2nd level officer or go to infopass they agree that it's a mistake and make another request. Then, again, I receive the same email saying my i-90 is denied but I can file i290B to re-open.  I went to infopass again yesterday and a nice lady told me it's clearly USCIS mistake and she had evidences in front of her so not to worry...again, there it is the same email this morning...sign.

Even though USCIS insists the information on my card was correct they didn't send my card back to me.  My attorney tells me I should not have GC with incorrect information at all.  I emailed, faxed and called congresswoman's office...my last hope...no respond from them so far...it's NY so they  must be crazy busy...

If I filed another i90 to replace they will send me new card with the incorrect date again.  I filed all evidences with previous i-90 and they still denied it.  I can't provide any new evidence to re-open the case either...though, I-485 approval letter should have been enough evidence to prove that I wasn't permanent resident a year before i485 approval.

I wonder if I can just keep getting the stamp on my passport instead of getting new card since it doesn't seem like I'm getting the card before I apply for citizenship anyway..
