You need to have 4 copies of the G-325a for you with original signatures, and 4 copies for her with original signatures.

She has to sign all 4 pages of the form.

Don't make 4 copies of page 1, this form is a 4 page form, each page is slightly different. With the one that you download all you need to do is fill page 1, and print the 4 page form, pages 2-4 will be filled in for you.

Also smaller text please. Your posts don't need to look like HEAD LINES.

Please fill in the details in your account, like Filed For. K-1, K-3, CR-1... things like that helps people answer your questions.

What's with all the yelling? Bring down your font a bit.

You and your fiance need to sign ALL 4 pages of the G325A, each. You can fill out her information on her 4 pages but SHE has to sign all 4 herself.

It is as all have said... it is all 4 copies of the form for each of you and they MUST be signed (not faxed or scanned signature) by both of you. If you are not together use DHL or another service to get them. Oh and make sure you have a signed letter of intent as well from both of you. Good luck!

Its never bad to double check with people who have had experienced in the K-1 process. When you did it, didnt you feel unsure about something and wanted to double and tripple check all info before sending it out?

Looking at all the posts you've made in such a short time, 5 new posts in 3 days. I think people are perceiving it they are doing your work for you and are becoming annoyed. Most of these questions you are asking can easily be answered in the FAQS section of this website located: http://www.visajourney.com/faq/k1faq.htm. Just follow the guides and it will walk you through all the same process we are all going through. Anyone doing this process on their own without help from an attorney, really needs to familiarize themselves with EVERYTHING in accordance to the K-1. It's best to ask questions when you're really stuck on something when your research has failed. Or after you've finished following the guides and have your K-1 ready to be sent and need to double check something. People can read a post from someone and tell right away if they've actually made the effort on their own to learn the process or not. This will probably help you avoid some hostility from others over questions you're asking.

Worse comes to worse, there's always immigration lawyers for hire.
