wow I feel dumb, in our letters of intent to marry, we wrote why we wanted to marry. I made these statements about how we have spent time finding if we were compatible on several levels and how we are happy and in love...but I didnt say in 90 days, I assume that is understood.

His letter....oh my god, I cried when I read that letter. I plan on keeping a copy so when we get into an arguement I can re read it. It was really heart felt.

I believe it should say something about intending to marry within 90days of entering the US. I would not worry so much about it, I didn't send in one with my petition, for either of us and had no problems, 0 rfe's. We plan to make them up for the interview though, as the CO may be looking for them. Do you live in Tampa, I see that is your local office? I live in Tampa, so just curious. Best of luck, Lisa

Haha! I TOTALLY know how you feel! When I read the instruction, that's exactly what I thought I had to do, but I found a sample on another site (I filed before I found this one) and was kinda disappointed because I thought it would be at least a nice opportunity to exchange love letters during this crazy process. Maybe you made someone's day at USCIS since otherwise I'm sure all they read are thousands of letters that look just like the two sentence examples here!
