Hi All

I had a public notary stamp my I-134 and sign it... but the instructions say something about an official seal or certificate that needs to be affixed if done by a public notary. What is that?? I already an in brazil with the documents and dont know if i can get some seal or certificate from the person who notarized it.

I used a public notary an she only used her rubber stamp, that is all that is needed. My public notary mentioned eventually buying a raised seal stamp, but it is expensive, and most do not have one.

The rubber stamp was OK with Guangzhou fo our interview. (Guangzhou is the most picky consulate out there).

Your rubber ink stamped I-134 is just fine! Some Notarys use a stamp that crimps the paper, creating a raised seal on the paper. You do not need to have that in Brazil. As long as the I-134 is Notarized, that is all that matters.
