Ya. Better safe than sorry. Just print out the terms of service and send it in. Easy peasy.

Thanks...I'll do that. I also emailed them so I'll see if they add more documentation. Already submitted the K-1 and just waiting on NOA2. Hopefully there is no RFE for this and I'll still send documentation to my fiance for the interview.

Its really a matter of personal choice. Is it worth saving a few $$ and risking an RFE which could delay your visa 2-4 months and relying on information from amateurs who either processed their visa years ago (outdated procedures) or who are currently processing and dont fully understand the process to begin with. Or is it worth it to spend a few $$ for a professional team to check your package for errors/missing documents and assemble it in the format USCIS prefers for their staff to easily read and to help guide you through the process start to finish. For us it was worth the extra assurance, without them for sure we would have gotten an RFE and a few months delay in our process.

Professional what exactly?

Our services include everything you need to get your visa or green card, but do not include legal services, legal advice or legal representation. Neither RapidVisa nor its employees claim to have any special knowledge of immigration law or procedure.

We are premium user of RapidVisa. Yes, it was very convenient on our end because my Fiance works overnight so working on our papers would be hard for him since he needs to rest during the day. RapidVisa have been helpful in putting up the forms and my Fiance was just to sign. Aside from that they offer installment basis for K-1 Visa and we are under their monthly payment program. That have helped us too. The only downfall is the chat support its true it takes 20-30 mins per questions sometimes more but it also states there chat support is use for those questions that are willing to be answered in the time being since it really depends on how many are sending them questions too. I totally understand that. If you have questions that needs immediate answer its best to just call them directly. They have send the packet to USCIS last April 19, 2016 and we got our NOA1 April 27th via text and email. NOA1 hard copy arrived in mail May 2, 2016. Now we are waiting for NOA2. Hoping for a smooth sailing process. At the end of the day it goes down to personal preferences. God bless to everyone and good luck to your applications.

They also do have attorneys in the office. But regardless experience trumps anything. I haven't had any hiccups and i see people everyday getting rfes. So still the best option. I'm not struggling financially 475 bucks to make mt life easier is a nice luxury. People spend that on fast food.

True! To have these people review our papers for us aside from our own initial reviews with my fiance is really a BIG help. So if you have the extra money to work with RapidVisa and to make sure your papers are all correct that choose them to help you out! :)

Professional in the fact that, that is posted to release them from legal liability, and they've done over 19,000. No one on here has done 19,0000. Thats what makes them professional.

Professional what? Form fillers? Typists?

And that notation is posted to release them from legal liability because it is just what it states. They are not lawyers nor specialists in immigration.

I am not telling anyone not to use them, if they choose to waste money on them. I am just pointing out that they do not offer anything more than a data entry job for you.

What are these attorneys for that you say exist, but their website states do not?
