You'll need to submit those at the NVC stage though, but the beneficiary's birth certificate is definitely not required at the I130 stage for a spousal petition.

Thank you so much for the info.. its a great help.

So it means that i still need to send the copy of it to my husband.

Yup. Although, you don't need to send him physical copies, anything that doesn't require you to sign it you can just scan and email to him and he can then print it out when he needs to send the copies to the NVC.

Okay thank you so much.

I just have question tho, coz i am stil a lil confused of everything, it may sound kinda stupid, but i just want to understand more.

My question is, after my husband send the packet, and when we get notification that its already approved, whats next? Should we send papers to NVC? Or what we send to USCIS they are just the one who will forward to NVC?

After you get the notice your case has been approved (if everything is okay with your packet, that'll be the second notice, since the first one will just inform you that they've accepted processing your case) your case will be forwarded to the NVC and once they receive your case they'll send you a letter about what to do next (you'll need to fill out some forms, send some more stuff, and pay some fees... you can read about it in the guides).
