Me and my son entered the US in August 2015, we paid the gc fee in September and I got mine in October. We are still waiting for iur son's gc. I called USCIS and sent an inquiry but they cant seem to give us a reason why this is happening. I'm starting to get worried. We have tried setting up an appointment on infopass but there's always no available appointments. Is there anyone here who's having the same problem? Can anyone help us please. Thank you in advance☺️

My brother-in-law had/has a similar problem. There are five with them - two adults and three young children. They entered September 1st (right at midnight - they left August 31st). His wife and one son received their GC's within a few months of entering, but three of there's were not coming despite several service requests. His other son's GC came, but was returned saying the address was wrong. We don't know if the address was their old address, just not updated or if the post office made the error. We asked for that to be sent back; it was just last week. Thankfully, his GC was sent last week too. Their IOE numbers don't show in uscis.gov until the GC is approved. So now we just need his daughter's GC to be issued, then they all will be taken care of, but you aren't alone!
