without being married to the person who petitioned you on a K-1 visa, yes you have little in the way of options to stay in the country legally. Also if your child is a US citizen, and a child of your fiance. They're not going to give you permission to take the child out of the USA. In the USA father's rights are considered important too. This puts you in a very hard spot. You need legal advice and you need it badly. There are a lot of organizations around the country that help people in your position, Catholic Charities being a big one that is all over. Contact them or another organization and get some assistance. This is not do it a yourself type of situation.

Be careful about making unfounded allegations. Maybe they told you what you don't want to hear but there's nothing like "police won't do anything because you are not a citizen." Not cop will ever say that to your face especially when you are in emergency situation.

u will have a really hard time packing to go to a shelter when u have not been abused. If he's doing drugs he needs help and your help. you have no legal path to stay here unless he files for u. even in a shelter some require u to work or go to school to support yourself. its not easy.
