Hello,

I was born in Cuba and American citizen since 2008. I plan to send the I-129F packet for my cuban girlfriend this month.

I use my cuban passport to entry to Cuba because it is mandatory by the cuban government. I've went 10 TIMES to Cuba within the last 3 years.

I have a lot of pictures with my girlfriend, Entry/Exit stamps on my Cuban Passport, ONLY Entry stamps on my American Passport, photocopies of stubs tickets and payment receipts because they were charter flights from Miami to Cuba, tickets confirmation from Houston to Miami and payment receipts . ALL THIS EVIDENCE APPLY FOR THE 10 TRAVELS.

THE PROBLEM: All my boarding passes are missing. I don't have any receipt because they use cash for all transactions (US credit/debit cards don't work in Cuba).

MY QUESTION: Could I get a RFE requesting boarding passes or receipts? Any advice?

Thanks in advance.

I did not have all of my boarding passes either. I kept only a few of them, because at the time we weren't considering the k1. I did however have my passport stamps, visa receipts, and I sent in my booking confirmations as well as my itineraries. I'm sure that evidence is enough, but I'm awaiting my NOA2.

Use your exit and entry stamps. I am not sure about you but after I book a flight the information is normally sent to my email. Send that in with the photos of the passports. You may have to get the Cuban passport info translated but your passport is just as much proof you have been someplace that a boarding pass is. At least, I would think so. Good Luck!!

You don't need that. The stamp on your US passport it's enough.plus pictures, love letter, intern or marry in 90..it's important to visit her resently that's way you won't get deny. Make it easy.

Even better than boarding passes. And as the other user says you often receive your itinerary over a mail you can add that one too.

So take photoes of the stamps in your passport and the side with your info and put it in your package. I did that too.

I agree that the passport stamps are enough primary evidence, especially as you have secondary evidence (photos, itinaries) to back it up.

The entry and exit stamps are the strongest proof we could provide. We worked with an immigration attorney and that as the part that was the proof that was highlighted. Although we also had boarding passes. That stamps in themselves are concrete documentation. I wouldn't worry too much.

Hi Everyone- I'm incredibly new to this so thank you in advance for your help! Unfortunately I don't have any stamps on my passport as I flew into Havana from Cancun and I had no idea this level of detailed was needed since I got engaged on my last trip to Havana so boarding passes were thrown out etc. I did however live there for two months and have Airbnb proof of my place of residency- they even wrote down my fiancé's Cuban residency number since he lived with me. I also have receipt of the language school I attended- do you think these are proof enough of my time in Havana?
