N-400 form question: employments and school

Hi I've just started filling up my N-400 form and have couples of questions.

A bit about my background: I will be filling the naturalization through marriage. I just got my 10 year greencard ROC last April and will be a green card holder for 3 years in a week, so basically I have only been in us for 3 years(living with my husband who was my greencard sponsor all this time and will be so for many years to come). I haven't done my name change so far but am planning to take husband's family name during the naturalization.

Here come my questions:

1. I was staying at home adjusting life and later taking care of our newborn since I entered USA until months ago. In other words, I was unemployed until I started my first ever USA job in late Jan this year...We moved three times during the three years since I entered USA...How to I describe this Part 7 "information about my employment and schools"?

Should I type my home address after typing "unemployed" as company name? Since we have moved three times when I was unemployed, should I type "unemployed" for those three time periods with respective addresses? I was employed full time before I entered USA three years ago, should I include those two years when I was working in my home country prior to immigration?

2. I am residing in San Jose, CA now. I have heard San Jose office stops accepting name change oath rather than taking spouse's family name through marriage. Should I just take my husband's family name for the sake of being safe, or can I try to change both my first and last names at the same time?

1. Please review the instructions to the N-400 form. It tells you exactly what to enter when a question is inapplicable to you. Also, enter your employment, even if it is in a foreign country.

2. Did you contact the office to verify what you had heard? What did they say?
